Fix AGENTS.md inaccuracies found in review:

• Styling: replace 'vanilla CSS, no build steps' with the real stack
  (Tailwind CSS v4 + DaisyUI, built via composer build-css)
• Collapse triplicated structured-logging guidance into a single §8
• Renumber sections to be sequential (fix duplicate §7)

Also pin the PHP requirement in composer.json to 8.5.* to match the
documented language target.
